The wedding day is the most awaited day in a girl's life. Turning from 'Miss to Mrs' makes her cynosure for all the eyes. She is the queen, she is the diva that day and she has to justify it by looking at her best. The bride to be should start preparing for the big day at least 2 months before. If she follows few tips regularly, then no one can stop her from stealing the show as a bride.
FLUIDS
- Try to drink as much water as you can. It moisturizes and keeps the skin clear. It is helpful in weight loss too.
- Drink water boiled with mint leaves thrice a day. Take 10-15 leaves and boil them with 4 glasses of water. Let it get reduced to 3 glasses. Cool it and drink it. Mint is an anti oxidant and a good cleanser of blood. It gives skin a healthy glow.
- Drink a glass of juice daily first thing in the morning. Carrot juice, Orange juice and Apple juice are particularly very helpful.
- Mix water and milk in equal proportions. Drink it twice a day. It works wonder for the skin.
- Green tea is great for weight loss. Drinking it regularly after meals helps in reducing weight.
SKIN CARE
- Buy three products of a reliable brand-Cleanser, Toner and Moisturizer. Apply them once in morning and once before sleep.
- Apply this mixture on alternate days
gram flour- 1tsp
yogurt- 1 tsp
turmeric- pinch
lemon juice- 2drops
Let it dry and then wash. If your skin is dry, do it after every 3 days and follow it with a quick massage of olive oil plus fresh cream. This mixture lightens your skin, removes blemishes and does deep cleansing of skin.
- Occasionally rub lemon peel or tomato on your skin. Wash it immediately. Cucumber is a good option too.
- Once in a week use mud mask or egg mask, depends on which suits you the best. If you are using egg mask, apply beaten egg white to your face and let it dry. Rinse well and massage your skin with egg yolk for 2 minutes. Wash your face again.
EXERCISE AND YOGA
Your wedding gown is pretty. It will look prettier when you will be in it and it can look the prettiest if you just have the perfect figure to flaunt it. Just analyze your body for the most bulging parts and emphasize on exercises which target those parts. Exercising for at least 30 minutes daily is essential. Walking and swimming are very good exercises for the entire body.
Yoga is also a helpful way to tone your body. It is a also a stress reliever. Lion's pose is great for skin and eyes. For weight loss and body shaping, there are various effective yoga exercises.
Tips
- Avoid sun exposure. If necessary, use a good quality sun block.
- Sleep for at least eight hours.
- Avoid junk and oily food. Try to eat fruits and vegetables more.
- Do not neglect your hands and feet. Olive oil massage is very helpful. Dip them in warm water for a while.
- Take at least 15 days off before the wedding day. You do not want to look stressed on this special occasion.
